Like many who spend long hours at a desk, Sue-Ann experienced persistent back and shoulder aches that often led to headaches. Seeking relief, Sue-Ann incorporated Pilates into her fitness routine and quickly noticed the benefits—not just in easing her discomfort, but in improving her overall body awareness and strength.
After years of practising Pilates, her passion for it grew as she experienced first-hand how it could transform movement, posture and well-being. This inspired her to deepen her understanding through professional training. Now, as a trained Pilates instructor, she is dedicated to helping others develop strength, balance, and body awareness.
Her approach focuses on guiding clients to move with intention and control, whether they are looking to improve posture, complement their existing fitness routine or simply feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Pilates isn’t just an exercise—it’s a practice that supports everything else you love to do. She looks forward to helping you discover its benefits!
