Studio Policy
- All clients must register and book classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly.
- Grip socks are needed for all classes.
- We recommend booking your classes early to secure your spot, as classes may fill up quickly.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled class to check in and prepare for your session.
- Clients who arrive late will not be accorded any extension to the sessions to facilitate the non-disruption of the next class.
- Please refrain from wearing skin oil or lipstick which may damage the surface of the equipment.
- We kindly ask that you wipe down equipment and props after use and return them to their designated storage areas.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be subjected to a full session fee charge.
- Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled class without prior notice will be charged the full session fee and may lose the ability to book future classes until the fee is paid.
Refund Policy
- All sessions paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Series of 10 sessions bought must be used within 5 months from date of activation. For a series of 20 sessions, it must be used within 9 months. Any unused session after expiry date will not be refunded.
Personal Belongings
- Please refrain from bringing unnecessary personal belongings into the studio. We provide storage space for personal items, but LIVE Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Respectful Conduct
- We expect all clients to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staffs with kindness, respect, and consideration at all times.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the studio premises.
- Please put your mobile phone on silent mode to ensure a conducive workout environment for everyone in the studio.
Health and Safety
- Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before participating in a class.
- Listen to your body and request the instructors to modify exercises as needed to suit your individual needs and limitations.
- If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during a class, please notify your instructor immediately.
Feedback and Communication
- We value your feedback and encourage open communication. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Your input helps us improve and enhance the quality of our services.
