With a background in IT recruitment, talent and campaign management, Irina spent years working in fast-paced, high-performance environments before turning a long-time passion for movement into her profession. Holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology and an MSc in Management, she brings a thoughtful and intuitive approach to teaching—blending movement, mindset and connection in every class.
Movement has always been a constant in Irina’s life, from synchronized swimming and contemporary dance to athletics and theatre. After discovering Pilates in 2017, her relationship with movement shifted from performance-focused to more intentional and embodied. What began as a personal practice eventually led her to complete her comprehensive training under a 2nd Generation Master through the Balanced Body mentorship program.
Irina’s classes are dynamic, playful and intentionally challenging, rooted in breath, alignment and awareness. Through movement, she encourages clients to build strength, reconnect with their bodies and leave class feeling both grounded and empowered.
