Ee Zhio’s journey into Pilates began as a necessity. Having struggled with scoliosis since her teenage years, the demands of her corporate career in investment banking only worsened her chronic back pain. Seeking a long-term solution, she turned to Pilates – a practice that not only alleviated her pain but transformed her body and well-being. Even throughout her pregnancy, she remained pain-free, reinforcing her belief in its effectiveness.
Inspired by her own experience, Ee Zhio decided to pursue her passion for movement. Now a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, she is dedicated to helping others build strength, enhance mobility, and find relief from physical discomfort. She has a special interest in working with individuals recovering from injuries, those with physical limitations, and adults of all ages looking to improve functional movement. Additionally, she is passionate about pre- and post-natal Pilates, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
With an empathetic and tailored approach, she empowers her clients to move with ease, strength, and confidence – helping them achieve a healthier, pain-free life through the transformative power of Pilates.
