Clovern Chua

Instructor

Clovern started her athletic journey as a competitive rhythmic gymnast when she was young.  She is also a certified yoga instructor. Her diverse experience has given her a unique perspective on the importance of flexibility, strength, and the mind-body connection.  Inspired by the functional benefits of Pilates, she took a bold decision to quit her corporate job to pursue a career as a Pilates instructor. Clovern enjoys helping her clients to enhance their posture and become more attuned to their bodies. 

Clovern’s teaching approach emphasizes precision, control, and a harmonious flow of movement.
