Lyne discovered and gained a strong interest in Pilates when she was exploring different activities in 2019 to prioritize her well-being and stay active. By practicing Pilates, it has helped her maintain her improved posture, gain lean muscles as well as energizing her to take on each day with a positive mindset!

With a deep-rooted desire to teach and a growing passion for Pilates, Lyne made the bold decision to transition from the corporate world to pursue a full-time career as a Pilates instructor. Understanding that every human body is different, her mission is to help clients improve their mobility and strength through tailored exercises, while fostering a deeper mind-body connection and promoting overall wellness.

Outside the studio, you can probably find Lyne exploring cafes and restaurants or honing her horse riding skills!
