SK discovered the profound benefits of Pilates in addressing her scoliosis, imbalanced hips, and knee problems, through the practice of Pilates. This transformative experience ignited a deep love for Pilates within SK’s heart, prompting her to pursue formal training in the discipline. Since then, SK has embarked on a mission to share the transformative power of Pilates with others. Drawing upon her own experiences and comprehensive training, she has joyfully guided clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. With each session, SK witnesses the remarkable impact that Pilates has on her clients’ lives – from enhanced physical well-being to newfound confidence and vitality.
