Anna Zhang

Instructor

Anna is a Pilates instructor with 15 years of experience in classical ballet. She is trained in level 1 STOTT Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels.

She believes that Pilates is suitable for everyone, no matter the state of physical fitness and finds great joy in teaching people.

Anna discovered pre-natal Pilates during her pregnancy, while looking for low-impact workout. When her pregnancy weight gain exacerbated an old foot injury, she found that appropriate Pilates exercises helped her strengthen her foot muscles greatly.

As a former dancer, Pilates helps her condition her body after many years of desk-bound lifestyle, to ease her body back into the rigors of dancing.

Anna is passionate about improving her skills through personal learning, and bringing her new found knowledge to her clients. You can expect her to be sharing her new found knowledge, whether it is through professional courses, books or online materials.

You will experience a good workout from her class with appropriate modifications suitable for every level.
